(Above - Brad waiting for the Ky. Supreme Ct. to be called to order) I was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised near Annapolis, Maryland. After graduating from George Mason University in 1993, I moved to Kentucky to attend law school at the University of Kentucky. Out of law school, I went to work for a firm that focused on personal injury law. While there, I gained experience in workers' compensation, auto accidents, social security disability, medical malpractice, employment law, slip and fall, construction law, and all other types of personal injuries. In 2006, I opened my office in the historic district of downtown Versailles, Kentucky. Since then I have represented injured parties in both state and federal court proceedings. I have practiced and prevailed in appellate matters in both the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. I recently had the honor of appearing on the KET television show "Kentucky Tonight" with Bill Goodman.
